Chukwuka Achu is a PhD candidate in Law at the Faculty of Law, Western University. His research examines climate change from the legal, political, and socioeconomic perspectives. Specifically, he analyzes how developed and developing countries are approaching policy measures that are required to adequately address the impacts of climate change and meet the goals of the Paris Agreement. At WeCLISH Centre, Chukwuka expects to contribute to raising awareness and sharing best practices for mitigating and adapting to climate change and join the collective efforts to protect the planet's ecosystems for future generations.
